I’ve known Sam for over a decade now,
working together, teaching together, and occasionally even
photographing each other. Sam asked me to write the
“foreward” for his website because he doesn’t
particularly like writing about himself, and I think that very
fact provides insight into what makes Sam’s work distinct among

The world of wedding photography today is full of photographers

artistic, but I often struggle to identify a shred of their
clients’ personalities in the shots. Sam arrives at your

exceptional posing skills... and then he puts all of these

creates.
